You have short stubby fingers, which are not well-suited for grasping.
Prerequisite: Dwarf, gnome, or halfling.
Benefit: You suffer a -4 penalty on all attack rolls made when you use a light or one-handed weapon (natural weapons and unarmed attacks do not incur this penalty). In addition, you suffer a -4 penalty on all Disable Device, Open Lock, Sleight of Hand, and Use Rope checks.
