The Piranha bird certainly lives up to its namesake, in that these birds shred any and all living creatures that they encounter. Two and a half feet in length with multicolored feathers', ranging from red through blue, the piranha bird is easily identifiable. Instead of a beak, two rows of razor sharp teeth fill their gaping maws. These birds lurk in deep in temperate forests, preying upon native wildlife. Unfortunately, they are devastating to their inhabited ecosystem, wiping out much of the smaller mammals.

Whenever the Piranha bird attacks in a group, it receives a +2 circumstance bonus to all attack rolls. Furthermore, if three or more birds hit, they may rend for an additional 1d4 points of damage for each round until they are removed.
