Soul Manifester - Psion Prestige Class
This is a Psion Prestige class that may be applicable to the Forgotten Realms Campaign
As with soulcasters, soul manifesters have learned to incorporate soul energy into their other abilities, though in this case the abilities are psionic in nature instead of arcane.

To qualify to become a Soul Manifester, a character must fulfill all the following criteria:
Skills : Knowledge (psionics) 8 ranks.Feats : Azure Talent , Manifesting : Ability to manifest any 2nd-level power.Meldshaping : Ability to shape three soulmelds; ability to bind a soulmeld to a chakra.
