You have learned to channel the powers of your copper dragon ancestry to hinder your enemies' mobility.
Prerequisite: Draconic Heritage (copper), sorcerer level 3rd.
Benefit: As a standard action, you can spend an arcane spell slot to create a 20-foot-radius burst of magical energy centered on you. Any enemies in that area are slowed (as the slow spell) for a number of rounds equal to the level of the spell slot unless they succeed on a Fortitude save (DC 10 + spell slot's level + your Cha modifier).
