Your powers are especially potent at breaking through power resistance.
Prerequisite: Power Penetration.
Benefit: To use this feat, you must expend your psionic focus (see Concentration skill description). You get a +4 bonus on manifester level checks to overcome a creature's power resistance. This bonus stacks with the bonus from Power Penetration.
